There is no way to get the technology (mortar, I think) at the foot of the screen, so this map cannot be completed.

Yep, you're right! I overlooked that when reviewing it. Damn, I wish those pre-approval scores were mandatory!

Can't do anything about it any more unfortunately. Tom, please play your own maps before uploading it!
