Map approval standstill?

It's been almost a day now and there is still no new maps up. Is it just my computer? I'm not crazy right?

Map approval as implemented by me works as follows:

I try to release some new maps at least once a day, mostlytwice a day, but depending on new map submissions. If a map author has multiple maps in the queue, they are entitled to one map release per approval cycle. If there are no unique authors in the queue, then I do not release maps from the same author on another cycle.

For the sake of illustration, if A has 40 maps in the queue and there are no other maps, I will release 1 map from A. If B submits 3 maps, I may release 1 map of A and 1 map of B. But if there are not a lot of unique map authors in the queue, I may wait for a while before releasing any maps at all (usually no longer than 24 hours).
