I don't know how to "off" singularity weapons. And maybe it is not necessary. Because I created all my CSM games so that it is possible to win without singularity weapon. Player should have choice: be enjoyed by gameplay or just win using singularity weapon.   :)

And we thank you for it - the Singularity is also useful for those who want to recover from a mistake which they can't necessarily seal off.
