Ralfsaft Volcano Concept map which lools a little like CSM, but instead of flip creeper emitters here flip creeper volcano units. Experimental using of Controllers&Bridges was not so good. New: some creeper stones more strong against beams and has orange and red color. As usual you can flip volcano. In some cases you can destroy its by nullifier and by many shots of snipers.Unlimited Forge. Cheap units. At the end of game it has some lag and looks like BROWNIAN MOTION! :) #BravoRalfsaft #CreeperWorldForever

I tried, i really did, but constantly rebuilding units is no joy... OK, i tried it like that too... after some time friendly units started to destroy my generators. Then i gave up... at left side i have way too much AC, on right too much creeper. Dont want to say that i can see nothing below those volcano balls. Concept is cool, and i like it, but this units simply are not for this.

This map frustrated me a lot. I just want to have bit fun gaming after work,

Anyways thank you for all effort and what you are doing. You are best!

Cheers!

many of the same issues. to make it clear:
    1. the concept is really cool, but way overused here. the spam prevents playing.  (not lag, screen being covered, constantly rebuilding, etc)
    2. some of the units bug out. later (about after the 50m mark) "green" balls start killing your units.
    3. i think i was able to nullify two. the rest were not capable. balancing nullifying with keeping for anti-creep should be player choice.  only 1-2 should be permanent (like the moving ones), with the rest killable.
    4. the strategy of rebuilding, and balancing energy/beams wasnt a bad idea, but the scale of it in this mode was too high. basically waiting around for 30 mins for enough energy and upgrade resource to come in wasnt fun.
    5. the "red" speed was simply too fast. this game isnt fun when units are way outside the range of what our units can handle.  if you want something like this, tone down the number of balls they are throwing.
    6. randomness plays a large part. this isnt necessarily bad, but its also why i would like more control over nullifying some units.

all in all, i really like the concept here. i think i would enjoy a more controlled implementation. (like maybe with the rain clouds, a max travel or something?)

I thought it was excellant, there is a lot of energy and aether, I didn't loose any units. It perhaps suits an expierienced and aggresive player better at this amplitude, could be turned down if you want to make it easy for all.

Totally agree with Domonik here... using the completely opposite strategy is a bad idea. I turtled just fine, but once there are half a gazillion stones flying all over the place you just can't see anything. And as Hurk mentioned earlier, once the game's been going on for a long time (which is what will happen with people who are turtling) the AC is so deep that friendly stones will kill weak units.

My solution to that, btw: Once you get a little past half the map, don't worry about rebuilding stuff. Just destroy all your units except for the two PZ Berthas. Build 6 guppies and use two to collect Aether, then use two on each Bertha. Set them to auto-target and go away for 30-60 minutes. When you get back, you might have to use a singularity to kill the remaining stuff, but most likely everything evil will be dead.

Weird map, but I still enjoyed it until I stopped playing and just let it run.

Thanks for the map, Yum!  ;D
You disagree with this sentence, don't you?

TrickyPlayer

AC creating things killing friendly units also was an issue at a level where I set a friendly spore tower to be way too powerful. AC and creeper overflow at 2147 depth (either positive or negative) and because spores add creeper instead of setting creeper, they can overflow. The same apparently applies to creeper stones. However, there is an easy solution: Set the maximum amount of creeper/AC to 1800, pretty sure nothing creates 500 AC or creeper at the same moment.

Or you can just not have things be so powerful that it can create overflow.

Just use this:

SetAntiCreeperMax(2000000000)

And put the code in literally any CRPL-Core. It's really that easy!
This is just feedback.
When you want an explanation for something I use in my levels, or if you want to suggest something, feel free to tell me. Just don't ask/suggest things every other day please :P

Very true.

I guess the solution to that is installing sprayers with collection fields that return excess AC as ore.
And sprayers at the side that does not have enough AC.

(I have to admit I have yet to try that out.)

I second that.
