Desc:
The Rosatom ship is desinged to help commanders in energy deficit scenarios wheter locally (in a long distance fight) or globally. The internal bank of power and reactors allow this ship to both handle base and peak loads. The light and scattered defences cobined with armour allow this ship to take minor damage and still fuction fully intact unlike most reactor ships.
