The Foothold is a ship that is armed with 8 cannons with purpose of the bombardment of either land or enemy structure. The design emerged as a way to gain a foothold for the omnis against land or enemy structure that was too heavily fortified for the destroyers to do it themselves, and thus the Foothold was made.
