Desc:
You arrive on a large, flat plain dominated by a volcano and a ruined fort. It appears this area was once a stronghold against the creeper, but like every other one, it fell long ago. Eager to search the area for usable tech, you prepare for a large-scale assault. This level may cause some lag.

Perplexed about a strategy that gets the top time on this map.

Just had a quick go, land below the inhibitor and take it out.

I thought that'd be the strategy, but I just couldn't manage it.

Edit, just tried again, and nope, I can't beat down that Inhibitor in time.

I landed all three CNs on the third step, built 3 mortors and covered about 2/3 of the volcano (inluding inside the volcano) with collectors. I built a forge but no reactors. I added a sprayer, 1 shield, 2 cannons and about another 5 or 6 mortors. I also built one bertha, it got one shot off, not sure if it was needed. Upgrades into range x1 then into build speed and packet speed for the nullifier.

So, so close to my plan, it just never crossed my mind to build *in* the volcano. :facepalm:

Edit: so that yielded the desired results.  :)

Well done. Now for your next trick shave 30 seconds or so for the top spot! I don't know how he did it!

Good non default map colors and great map, multiple strategies, either rush the inhibitor or slog through the whole map using terps.
