I'm also stumped.

You also have a bug--the bombs for increasing production and decreasing production are transposed.

There are a few places you can drop a gate on and take over (you'll lose the emitters near the gate base for a while but you can retake them), yielding a bit more production.  I managed to kill the two reincarnators in the southwest, but I have to leave one gate plugged to contain the creep that would otherwise pour through it, walls aren't enough.

There's one particular stargate that has the fewest possible creeper around it, and allows you to get an extra connector with a little bit of planning (so you can overpower other regions more easily  ;) )

And it helps if you close that gate with the anticreeper arrow to the right that is lowering the level of anticreeper near the fixed (1) connector...

I've got another stargate but I haven't seen any situation where it would be beneficial to use.

With 3 stargates (well, including the fixed one), you can let two in areas full with a lot of anti-creeper emitters and send one to an area with creeper, makes it easier to destroy the creeper in an area without losing (even temporarily) your emiters

Ha, I left for work and forgot to pause the game.  12 hour 35 minute run time.  And worst score :P

The current incarnation of stargates are much more useful than the original version.

And with the idea of putting them in good areas that was enough, finally beat it!
