No need for suicide squads--my total losses were a couple of units still under construction.  I got that first message 20 minutes in, and I didn't wait for the forge.  As for that middle that you asked how we were clearing it, PZ bertha fire.  There was only a thin film of creeper to mop up with a couple of sprayers when I got there.

I found the upper right a bit annoying--I got the inhibitor at 1 hour and had to spend another 5 minutes clearing out the creeper there to get to the key and artifact.
