Some hints?  I simply don't have the firepower to keep the creeper off.

Charlie starts you out at the bottom of a pit. But Charlie never said you have to stay in the pit.

Hint:

Drop your other two command nodes for their energy, move the original one a bit, and immediately nullify the four spore towers with a single nullifier. Pull your cannons closer to defend that nullifier. Once it's done... retreat for higher ground!

Full solution I used for a ~25 minute time:

Retreat one CN and one cannon to each corner. One CN gets a bonus cannon. Start nullifying your way down the lines of emitters. Don't forget the spore towers - one beam per corner will mostly take care of the first two that come online. Feel free to move a beam onto a power zone as a spore launches, then move it back after the spores are handled.
