Description
Sets the creeper flow rate going up and down. 0.2 is normal. Lower means slower flow, higher means faster flow. You can't change this value for a single cell only. Combined with SetCreeperFlowRateRL, a strange aligned flow pattern can be generated
Examples
#creeper will now only flow up or down SetCreeperFlowRateUD(2) SetCreeperFlowRateRL(0)
