GetPlasma
| Arguments | Result | Notation |

| X Coord, Y Coord | Plasma Type | [ x1, y1 - int ] |
Description
Returns the the plasma type of the plasma at the specified coordinates. Returns 0 if there is no plasma present. Returns 1 if there is blue plasma present. Returns 11 if there is red plasma present.
