SetLosSandPassBits(<-sandDef <-bits)

Sets the LOS sand pass bits.
Bits is an int where the bits determine which sand blocks LOS. A sand def contains a “blocks los” field consisting of a byte. The bits of this byte are matched against the bits passed into this API to determine if a LOS calcuation is blocked by the sand.
