DamageDigitalis

GetNearestDigitalis(<-partUID) ->posV2

Description

For a given part, returns the nearest digitalis. Return V2(-1,-1) if none is found in range.
For Digitalis calculations to work for a part, LOS calculations must be enabled via EnableLOS. Range is controlled via SetLOSRange.
