GetDeepestCreeper(<-part <-ac <-withDamage)

Finds the deepest creeper, or AC, within the RA (reachable area) range of a part. If “withDamage” is true then any pending damages is factored in for determining the deepest creeper. The Reachable Area defaults to 40 but can be changed with the SetRARange api.
