The V-Shield Generator is a hyper advanced shield generation system constructed by Vertu not originally for being the shield you see it now. Originally it was a proper war shield using <color #800080>**<REDACTED>**</color>, and with some engineering, is able to use Liftic as a substitute. Even with the inefficiencies of using a substitute, the generator is unmatched in capabilities from the basic [[cw4:info:shield|vanilla shield]] and even the shield artifact created by "the founders" (though it does actually rival its capabilities).\\
The generator will project a larger shield the more Liftic it has stored, up to an enormous size.

  * A shield generator that can create a MASSIVE shield at full Liftic storage.
  * Shield varies in size depending on amount of stored Liftic but has a maximum size.
  * Constructed by and uses only Liftic.
  * 100 Liftic to build.
  * Shield collapses upon a spore coming to close to the shield and or hitting it. Generator will take an entire minute to reboot and reactivate. 45 seconds if [[cw4:info:ern_crystal|ERN]]'ed.

  * Liftic consumption rate greatly reduced.
  * Recovery time reduced from 1 minute => 45 seconds.

The V-Shield Generator is a favorite among Rift Lab users who wish to bunker down. Whether that would be during an incursion onto Creeper infested lands or just to secure a place after the Creeper has long since been defeated. You can expect these shields to be plentiful in VPAC missions as the C.V-S will target only major defensive installations with some exceptions and variance. Typically these shields cover the main base housing the Rift Lab itself, requiring the base to be severed from sources of Liftic before being ripe for destruction.
