Description
Use an ERN to get a global upgrade. Global upgrades are applied to all units.

- Energy Collection - Improves energy generation of Towers and Miners.
- Mine Production - Improves resource generation of Redon, Bluite and Greenar.
- Build Speed - Makes units build faster.
- Move Speed - Makes units move faster.
- Fire Range - Makes units shoot further.
- Fire Rate - Makes units shoot faster.
