canonical link to CPACK - where to get the author-maintained version

This is the CPACK for the Workshop unit. The Workshop can build other units (right now all it can build is a mini-Fatman, aka CBomb or Conversion Bomb).

In it's current form, the Workshop build the Conversion Bomb (CBomb), another custom unit. You should thus make sure that both CPACKs are installed for this CPACK to function.
