[VPAC Main] Emitter Base
A simple structure designed to incubate a standard Emitter that will release 100/second or 50/0.5sec.
The incubation process requires the structure to be submerged in Creep, beside it's informer light towers.
The Emitter is no different to any other Creeper Emitter. It can be nullified and destroyed. Nullification will result in the Emitter Base being unable to self destruct.
