The AC Inlet Portal pulls Anti-Creeper from the world around it and pushes it into the Portal Network's storage. If that storage is full, no AC is removed from the world.

Rather than using a Sprayer to vacuum all of your precious AC to ship it off as Ore that wastes valuable time, these Portals can directly transfer the flowing AC into a Portal Network where it will eventually find its way to another location using an AC Outlet Portal.

You wouldn't even need a Factory to transport AC.
