Creeper Conversion is an effect first discovered by Lt. Aliana Abraxis. When Creeper attains ultra-high densities - usually in excess of 2,147,483,648 (2,148 million) units per cell - accumulate. When this happens the creeper will convert into beneficial anti-creeper.
