Description
Sets the creeper flow rate going left and right. 0.2 is normal. Lower means slower flow, higher means faster flow. You can't change this value for a single cell only. Combined with SetCreeperFlowRateUD, a strange aligned flow pattern can be generated
Examples
#creeper will now only flow right or left SetCreeperFlowRateRL(2) SetCreeperFlowRateUD(0)
