SetPopupTextAlwaysVisible

Description
If SetPopupTextAlwaysVisible reads “True”, the mouse-over text will always be visible.
Examples

# makes popup "PopupTextHere" always visible using Warp notation
SetPopupText ("PopupTextHere") SetPopupTextAlwaysVisible ("True")
