SetUnitFootprintResistsCreeperHeight(<-unit <-amt)

Description

Sets the false terrain height of a unit so that it will resist the flow of creeper. The amt is an integer between 0 and 20 inclusive. It represents the height that the unit will create a rectangle of invisible 'terrain' that resists the flow of creeper.
