SetThemeOverlayEnabled
SetThemeOverlayEnabled(<-overlayNumber <-enabled)
Description
Enables or disables the specified overlay. The overlayNumber should be 0 or 1.
See SetThemeOverlayPixels for a larger example of theme overlay use.
