SetBeamBrightness(<-beamUID <-brightness)
Set a beam's brightness. Values range from 0 to 10. A value of 0 is totally black. A value of 0.5 is half brightness. A value of 1 is full brightness. Values greater than 1 push the color into the HDR range and result is the beam blooming and glowing (if enabled in the player's graphics settings).
