This CPACK aims to introduce a variety of units that are “practical” and “moderate”. Unlike the various V-Titled CPACKs of mine, this CPACK is (as well as not being V-Titled) aimed at introducing units that aren't super soldiers.
(Although admittedly unintentionally) Every unit is a better version of its vanilla counterpart which fills the same niche but with some drawback, mainly in specialization. For example, the Fractal Laser is a much better Missile Launcher except that it deals extremely low damage against any non-spore target (like Air Sacs), in which the Missile Launcher will then surpass it (if it can hit it).
