Supply this with energy. Once full, it will convert the stored energy into an orbital (Same as you get from launching Rocket ).

Be careful, this can drain quite a lot of energy, so make sure you have enough. You can toggle supplying on/off as needed.

This complex allows for a stable landing location for small trade frigates, along with logistical support. To the battlefield commander, the real interest is its mass driver that can manufacture and launch orbital packets using only energy, though large amounts of it. A very powerful tool when liftic is in short supply, or abundant energy is available.

Just place the unit down, or make it buildable for the player. Nothing special about the script, but feel free to take a look / use it as needed.
