SetPause(<-paused)
Sets the pause state of game. Different things can pause the game and some pauses 'stack'.
This call sets the 'main' pause state of the game (same as the main game pause button).
If the game is permanently forced to pause with SetPause across a period of time, it will prevent the user from unpausing, but frame advance (using the frame advance key) will still allow the user to unpause the level for a single frame, or longer if the button is held).
