SetHarvestSandDef(<-partUID <-sandDef)

===== Description =====
The secondary sandDef to find as part of a terp scan. A Terp scan looks for area marked for digging but also looks for a "harvest sand def". This api can be used to set the definition. The default is 245 (AC Ore by default).
