ReadConfig(<-partUID <-configName)

Reads a config item on a unit. Config data is the same data shown on a unit in the UI when selecting the unit in the editor. It is defined in the JSON for a unit. \\
Config data exists on a unit (not on each part) so the unit associated with the partUID will be referenced.\\
