GetTerpScanHarvestResult(<-partUID)

===== Description =====
Returns a V2 for the coordinate of a found harvest sand. If Terp Scanning is enabled for a part the nearest harvest sand in range will be found and returned by this API. A vector of [-1,-1] will be returned if there is no harvest sand found.
