The Crimsonator injects surrounding Creeper with the same compounds and stimuli as the Crystal does, promoting the synthesizing of [[cw4:info:crimson|Crimson]] which is extremally resilient to direct damage such as explosive cannon shells but some observation((In reference, this is strictly observation, not factual or numerical. This observation may be from the Emergence of how [[cw4:info:crimson|Crimson]] behaves rather than how it operates or some other combination of conditions which are not easy to analyze numerically or factually.)) has found Crimson to be ever so slightly weaker than Anti Creeper rather than a 1:1 ratio, but this is so small (such as 9:10 Crimson:AC), local production of Creeper will make up for this difference against AC but if Creeper is becoming Crimson via flow from distant sources, this indiscrepancy can be noticed, although difficult.
[Version 2.6.1.8 and onwards] The Crimsonator is slightly better than traditional [[cw4:info:crystal_tower|Crystals]]. It produces Crimson at 112.5% efficiency compared to the [[cw4:info:crystal_tower|Crystal]] which is 100% efficiency as a reference point.
