+This CPACK aims to introduce a variety of units that are "practical" and "moderate". Unlike the various V-Titled CPACKs of mine, this CPACK is (as well as not being V-Titled) aimed at introducing units that aren't super soldiers.
+(Although admittedly unintentionally) Every unit is a better version of its vanilla counterpart which fills the same niche but with some drawback, mainly in specialization.
