+====== Purpose ======
+The ERN Maker is an adaptation from the Farsite ERN Forge. While the ERN Forge always uses Arg to make ERNs, the ERN Maker allows the player to chose which resource to use for creating the next ERN.
+Additionally, the ERN Maker is affected by the Portal Build Speed upgrade. A 100% build speed upgrade will let the ERN Maker make 50% more ERNs in the same amount of time.
