+The RESTOCKv Beacon, known just as "RESTOCKv", is a specific structure found within the STRUC tab that can be placed anywhere at any time, including "on top" of another unit and with no cost. It will periodically use energy as a means of assessing the availability of energy from the Rift Lab or some other source like Porters.

+The beacon tells the AutoRestock AI of all VAUs to come to its location when wanting to restock.\\
+Whenever the beacon obtains an offline condition, all VAUs will AutoRestock at the Rift Lab and ignore it.
+Offline conditions:
+  * Stored ammo is 0.
+  * A surpassed threshold of Creeper is in the area as scanned from the immediate area of the beacon.
+  * Is destroyed (otherwise, VAUs will still go the the location it once was).
+When a VAU is restocking, they will descend onto their restock location both for the RESTOCKv and Rift Lab to ensure they are within connection range.
