The build order at the start is pretty important in order to not lose.

conversion bomb + wall + 2 or 3 phantom coils

immediately use the bomb on the encased creeper

After that, you know how to take care of the rest (I was surprised how weak the final emitter was!).  As an aside, this is the first map where I noticed that anti-creeper will erode decayable tiles.

I stand corrected, but confused.  I'm pretty sure that whole erodable area was encased in anti-creeper from very early on, but near the end of the game I saw that most of the tech domes and the ground tiles they had stood on were gone.  I see that I did overlook a little bit of encased creeper but it couldn't directly erode the ground under the tech domes surprised it wasn't immediately overwhelmed by AC as soon as it broke out... that leaves having overlooked a drone strike that was stronger than the local AC, I guess.
