Gotta be fast, gotta be quick! I had a lot of fun on this one. The first versions I made were entirely unwinnable, but this one isn't horrible. I may do something later to make use of the little walls trick I found here, or I may not. Let me know what you think of this one!

Really enjoyed tanking this one! This is possibly my favorite "tank it quickly or die" maps where the creeper is the biggest threat early-on, rather than spores being the biggest early threat. The closest 3 emitters are the only real threats to turtling this one. Very clever idea with the conditional-delay emitters. While I don't typically enjoy a map that has a "time crunch" I like this one because the only real rush is at the beginning.

Hint: If you're struggling with starting this one - and I can't say nor stress this enough - build a reactor in the PZ. It will give you so much more energy early on so you can build much faster, earlier. Once you've built up enough power from other sources, switch it out for the Bertha.

I'd be interested in seeing one of those unwinnable maps too, btw =D

Really love your style, BigBertha!

Thanks for the map!! =)
You disagree with this sentence, don't you?

BigBertha

Yeah, I put the Bertha there as a misdirect, and I couldn't win without putting a reactor there either.

Glad you liked it!

Fun map! It was a lot of fun to "defuse" the bombs before they went off :D

Yanno, you really strike a nice balance between difficulty and playability in your maps. I don't do so well at that myself, but you have a very logical creativity about your maps - reminds me of some of Yum's earlier maps actually. Anyway, sometimes the complaints are louder than the compliments and I just wanted to shout some good things your way. =)
