Captured everything, but no completion....

You need to collect all the message pods in a level to win. Just place relays until you connected to everything. You may have missed the top right one, in the center of the moving emitter square?

This applies to every level in CW3. If there are message pods, they need to be collected or removed before you can win.

did you get all messages and absorbers?

Absorbers don't count for victory. You don't have to get all absorbers in order to win, but they will usually aid you on your journey.

Seems I'm too dumb for these levels.
Cursor somehow dropped to -12.5, and I didn't see which of the various types of doodads would do that, none hat a description that fit.
