Easy way to beat it quick:

*SPOILER*

Build relays out to the three artifacts.  Move the three blasters to the bottom right artifact to protect the relays from the creeper.  Once you have all three artifacts, move the three blasters to the top right corner and, with the help of a mortar, take that corner.  Done.

Nice map with some good timing issues. Katanna's solution is not the only one - but he did beat me by a few seconds!
Well, until... Forget relays, collectors rule! And a nifty Odin move helps too.
