Why do you disable build speed upgrades on these maps?

Nullifiers take ages to build!

It's a lag-control method - the CRPL has to look for new Collectors before they have a chance to finish. At the moment, it examines every unit on the map once every second or two. With maxed build speed, it would have to look at least six times per second.
