Already tried rebooting steam and PC, already tried sign to beta208 version. Already tried reinstaling, I just wanna play the game. =|

You should attach log file into your post to help in debugging.

Edit: Try to run game as administrator. Maybe that would work.

Disable the steam overlay and see if that helps with whatever problem you are experiencing.
Right click the game in the steam client, then select Properties.  From there you can disable the steam overlay.
