I don't get it, How can someone get this done in 22s?

I don't think you can, you could only build and charge this fast if you had a set up forge and some upgrades. There may be some cheating going on :(

It's cheating or CRPL. A non-upgrade Nullifier can't build in under 26.5sec, even with Siphon-based power and a hovering CN. Then it has to charge. (Tested)

And this map doesn't seem like it would have CRPL. (Note: Not played, trivial maps do not interest me unless there's something creative. Using "lazy" as a descriptor...)
