Walkthrough:
Spoiler

Land on the picture in the lower middle, to the right.
Grab the energy pack.
Build Reactors, making sure to avoid the range of the "tanks". Use the energy pack. Note that Reactors are cheap here.
Add Beams.
Push right, connect the two gears. New weapons unlock.
Keep going, you're after the right-side Emitter. Use AC absorbed from the gear effects.
Don't have a Strafer? Guppy over to the left gears. The smaller one is your target.
Grab the Aether, build a Forge for it.
Built the Sniper yet? Do so. Put it somewhere it can hit the nearby tank. Range helps. That spotty terrain is the height-10 sniper place.
Build a Nullifier near the the tank, making sure it's not completed before the tank leaves, or that it's finished under it's nose.
Sacrifice a few cannons if need be, but protect the Nullifier.
When the tank has been hit by the Sniper, it takes time "recovering".
Hit it with a Nullifier to destroy.
Power the left gears if you like, but they take a bit to hold.
Push up the right side. Enough power can make the illusion gear vanish, and leave it's effects.
Congratulations! The buzzsaw is now harmless.
Push up from your CN, and get the only useful PZ, under the Spore Tower. Push up further, Nullify the dynamite.
That was effective.

This worked for me, although a quick read of the scripts leaves a few questions.

Kalek, I would request that the decoration be made transparent if there's Creeper under it, or manually. Otherwise, wonderful map. Pity the various levels prevent us seeing the full terrain images. Suggestion: Add a full tech supply to the victory checker that destroys techs, and place the new techs under/near a CN. That way we can clean up, and get a good look at the pictures.
A narrative is a lightly-marked path to another reality.

Nullifier is given by the gear (see popuptext on them)
To avoid being shooting by the canon, land out of his range.

Thanks for playing.

Thanks for you comment.
Regarding the creeper under the image, I found it was nice... it seems to be not...
Same for terrain ;  I intentionally hide some part of it and put item half visible under to indicate it. But, I might be wrong to do this...

I dislike not being able to tell the terrain height without hovering over it.

The energy packet in the NE is impossible to get, it won't let me build a siphon on it.

The sniper fires upon the blade but it doesn't seem to have health.  What's up?

Kalek:

My problem was that, landing at the lower edge, a cannon shot my unit, and I couldn't tell how far the Creeper had spread.

Regarding terrain, my disappointment is not the decoration obscuring it, but that the terrain textures (compliments there) can't be fully appreciated, as the various levels of terrain fragment the images. Eventually, I brought it into the editor. (Note: it's still fun to play when all terrain is levelled, stopping the moving entities).

The half-visible packs were good. I don't know that it would work with techs. I really liked the decorations.

The terrain-based impossibility of using half of the ore patches was interesting, but annoying until I figured out what was going on.
I think that placing a building on the decoration/having Creeper under it might render it semitransparent, preserving balance but aiding playability.

Loren Pechtel:
Reading the scripts indicates that the blade is unkillable. It fully regenerates a short time after the third hit, and is invincible while this happens. The Illusion Gear will eventually disappear, and the blade will become harmless, if power is plentifully supplied for long enough.

I dont understand about the blade, it is too fast to nulify and kills it so cant win

The illusion gear on the right is used to stop the blade. (See popup text). Powering it (well) for long enough will make it disappear, at which point the blade becomes harmless. Less power will temporarily slow the blade.

i still dont understand how to make the buzzsaw harmless. where is the popup text? unless you mean the spoiler.

i cant nullify the diamite, the buzzsaw keeps killing the nulifier

By popup text, I mean the text that pops up on mouseover, as for Emitters. Place the cursor on the middle of the gear. Two gears say something about a secret workshop, three refer to the enemies.

Slow the buzzsaw with the gear.  I was actually trying to nullify the buzzsaw and ended up apparently getting the dynamite.

Put your mouse over the gears and they tell you what they do.

This map is initialy confusing but actualy very logical.

Spoiler
Bottom right - 2 gears. Big one slows down the bottom gun to almost stopped if connected to your network. Little one charges and creates techs such as forge, berthas, mortors and nulifier.
Top right - slows down the saw also to almost stopped. Just slow down the two wepons and then nulify the dynamite. No need to nulify the gun or the saw.
Top left - don't need to go there at all

Another great map, I was actualy disappointed first time when it ended, I was planning to take out the top gun when I triggered the win criteria!

GoodMorning

My first attempt tried landing on the left. Not a great success.
