Just looking back through maps I missed and found this.

None of the AOOs are useable and I have real doubts about it being possible without cheats. So far the only score is the author and it is a time of 19 mins. No forge and a combined 3200 creeper at a rate of 0.3 plus another 160 at a rate of 0.5. Seems impossible to me, any one got any ideas on it?

The only clue may be that you can only build 3 shields and they are expensive.

I tried building them immediately with good energy management and they were *almost* done before the creeper broke through.
So perhaps if you can get the shields online in time, some magic will happen?

Yeah I am still unconvinced. Even shields on a PZ would struggle on this map and power is going to be very tight. Until someone proved otherwise I do not think it possible. Hopefully someone can prove me wrong!

None of the AoO can be used because of a huge AoO shield over the inhibitor. The AoO are purely for decoration.

What do you think RrR? As it stands this is the only map that has only ever been beaten by the creator, how did you get on?

If you build the forge, it comes automatically with 400 aether.

Helps a bit but... still not enough i think.

It is certainly a difficult map. The 400 on the forge makes quite a difference though and I was able to nullify three emitters before the wall breached. I think I should have spent more ether on energy production. I also should have used a terp to make some nice high walls. It is a map that might be possible but is very unforgiving.

I didn't know about the forge, assume it was useless. I may have to revisit and probably apologise!

I tried it and feel like I almost got there...

It isn't hard to take out the leftmost one or two emitters as they aren't too strong.
Then, trying to hold it with cannons, I almost finished building a Bertha on the PZ. (lost a critical cannon which let creeper reach the Bertha)

I figure if you can build that, then immediately use it to get rid of the deep creeper on the far right, you can not be as overwhelmed when the dam breaks. Or, in the best case, avoid the dam from breaking at all.

I have started again and with the forge I have some success. 1 hr of game play and I am just starting to push put. This is very difficult but apologies to the map maker, it is doable.

Got there at last. Upgrades of power up to 100, range 50 and rate 150.
Terped a wall around the base and used 4 berthas and some mortors to stabalise. Moved a CN into the creep and built bertha no 5 to be able to slowly push out. Hard going though.
If I was to play again I would build my wall just inside the green wall so that it is then easier to build out once the wall is decayed. the top right of the base is the major threat so bottom right and top left can be built out, your base is therefore better off as a triangle rather than a rectangle.
Use early berthas to help take out some emitters, I had no joy in holding the PZs but I am sure taking out 3 early emitters still helped.
