Desc:
How many downvotes will this map get? My guess, about 40, give or take. People, don't downvote cause it's too hard, you should've figured that out about my maps, they are almost all hard. Don't play em if you always downvote em. And heads up to everyone, this map will either be a very fast one, or very long one, there is no between.

Ya!!!!!!!! I did it!!! Ok so its one of the longest times on the list but i did it!

Great challenge, first 20mins was a bitch.  But the rest was just a slog.  Had fun.

thanks, keep them coming.

Oh and just ignore the haters! They just dont get it.

Angel

Sam, i do ignore them. They hate cause my maps are hard. My desc. even said, don't download if you always down vote. MY maps are hard, people don't get that few of em are easy.
All of my maps take a few things:
1. Patience.
2. Saving often/trying different things every time.
3. Knowing that the simple is always wrong.
4. Love for your great Angel who spends hours and possibly days on maps that people hate. :D

PMouser

please give spoiler how to do this?,i cant get energy no place for reactors, thanks

I would like to point out that often people will downvote a hard map for reasons other than it being hard still. There are a lot of 'hard' maps that I know I could beat if I bothered to play through it, but I don't bother because the map just seems stupid to me.

Maps that feel like they're just cluttered with too much stuff happening right at the very beginning of the map (ie. maps that are practically over after the first minute of gameplay), maps that use fields/emitters (start times on emitters) that don't really follow an intuitive pattern (maps that force you to reload not because you made any mistakes but because you simply couldn't have known what would happen), and to a lesser extent maps that are pretty much designed with a specific solution in mind can all make a map seem too tedious for me to bother with it.

Oh, and I shouldn't forget to mention, that maps that have no threat of you losing (or at least being able to put you in a position where you can't win)... are not difficult maps, no matter how long they are.

Regarding the clue at the start of the map, China is in the middle of a world map? Well at least in my neck of the woods it is.  I'm guessing it would depend on what part of the world you're in as to if it's on the left or right (right of a European map, left of an American map I think).

I like Angels maps but they are often filled with what I call 'dirty tricks'. 'Dirty Tricks' are things that if you don't know about them, they cause you to reload (again and again).

If you are insane enough to take on an Angel map you should ALWAYS open it in the editor first. In the editor you would see that the lower right Gateway is the Digger AND that all 200 Phantoms have only 1 unit Anti-Creeper each. Other things you might notice is that all the Emitters/Gateways around the Ship do nothing until 10 minutes so you can kill them at your leisure, and that the fields holding the Creeper back in the upper corners turn on at 20 minutes. And lastly you would notice that the emitter below the ship turns on at 2 minutes so if you can kill it before then it saves you a lot of time.

Once you know about the dirty tricks, his maps are usually pretty good (albeit very challenging), but I bet that every person who killed that Digger and then sat for 30 minutes waiting for the other digger to start down voted this map and never bothered to finish it.

I was going off U.S. And I think most world maps have china towards the bottom right.

So, so, so true! :) Always open editor, or save very frequently, cause most maps, i leave a surprise in the end. ;)Or a teleporting creeper that screws you over.  ;D

Spoiler
And if anyone wants a spoiler, dig 3-4 reactors on each side of the 500k emitter, dig 1-2 (3x3 subcell) holes every other block so the creeper coming down, falls into that some and it comes slower, giving you time to build 3 nulifiers and destroy it. The holes should look like this, not to scale (each letter = a block, h=hole, b=block, r=reactor e=emitter)

HBHBHBHBHBRRRReRRRRHBHBHBH      Or              HBHBHBHBHBRRRReRRRRHBHBHBHB     (NOT TO SCALE!!!)
HBHBHBHBHBBBBBBBBBBHBHBHBH

That just makes people mad. There's a difference between challenging and just plain sadistic. :P Most people don't want to open the editor just to play a map.

FYI I killed the 2 minute Emitter a different way:
Spoiler

Build reactors on the bottom out from the centre.
6 units from the sides build 2 Repulsors.
After the Repulsors have pushed the Creeper to the sides build more reactors.
Make 3 nullifiers at staggered times, so that one starts when another is 50% built. Disconnect the Repulsors for a few extra energy but make sure to reconnect them before they run out or you lose your reactors.

Didn't really understand it. But good job getting a different way out. There is more than one way, i knew that.
