Dude, you make interesting and complicated maps. Some players don't like that and then downvote your maps. If that is going to annoy you I guess it's best that you don't make more maps, but that will be a loss for the more advanced players here.

i agree with karsten (how often does THAT happen?  ;) ), your maps are fun.
if you think downvotes are a reason to quit then you can, but i would also suggest that that is an unnecessary step.
mappers that make tricky or hard maps WILL ALWAYS have lots of downvotes. if you want up votes make your maps quicker (try this) and/or easier (don't do this!) or, instead, consider lots of downvotes as a sort of hardness rating.
eg. if a map has 1 or 2 upvotes and 150 downvotes it's probably not great (but might just be REALLY HARD!) if a map has 5 upvotes and 50 downvotes it's probably just hard (but might be rubbish).
if a map has tons of up votes and few downvotes (and it's someone elses) look at it to see if you can incorporate the fun and interesting parts into your maps somehow.
hope you make more maps!  ;)

I struggle with most of your maps, as they can be very frustrating in the difficulty stakes, while not being a noob to CW I'm far from being a master, I see myself as an "average" player, I believe in the time I've been playing CW2 I've only ever done 2 downvotes, purely due to the maps being utter rubbish, but few maps get an upvote from me either, as the balance of difficulty/fun factor is a tricky one to get right.

It would be a shame to see such a talented map maker give it up, but whether you continue or not, I wish you the best in whatever you do next. :)
