no enough space, no enough energy on the beginning

Hmm, I couldn't crack this one.  I was able to get the Reactor Tech, but even with Reactors I was always in energy deficit and wasn't able to penetrate the fence of uncappable Emitters.  I'll save this one for another day.

My approach is below.

1. First
    Build 4 collector and 4 blasters.
2. Collect all Techs
    Build a collector to get Tech with 4 blasters guard.
3. Start conquer
    Fill reactors on free space.
    Send blasters to NE/NW/SE or SouthWest(up to you)
4. Climb on hill
    Build reactor/speed/storage/blaster on free space.
    And build a relay to reach nearest "Totem hill".
    Send blasters to cap off emitter on the hill and connect relay.
5. Build network
    All hills can connect by relay each other.

It isn't only one approach.(and not best approach maybe)
You can control uncappable emitters in economical energy.
And you can conquer without using relay.
