Recording CW2 with Fraps

Hey bros, i am having a bit of issue with fraps atm, i can't seem to record CW2 with fraps, i was able to when i installed it, but when i added the patch *poof* i now can't do that anymore. Can anyone help me fix this or atleast just help me?
My reason is, i'm making a christmas special series on Creeper World 2, and i would really love to do this.

Run the game in Fullscreen, then fraps should recognize it :)
