A nice challenge, and fun to play.  Thanks for the map!

Jup, nice, but bridging make it a bit easy at the end, right ?

My timing may have been lucky, but I was able to use erosion rather than bridging.  Click the button to see:

I expanded fairly quickly, and used Drones to keep the Creeper under reasonable control behind the dam.  When I reached the dam, enough of the dam had eroded on the left-hand side, that I was able to cross the dam with a Collector plus Blasters, and then work my way left-to-right bringing the Emitters under control.  The dam never burst.
